MANUFACTURING

All the products which are shown on our site are available. 

Since they are handmade, original items, we carry small amounts. 

 

Please notify us immediately, BEFORE your item has been shipped.  Beyondmyhorizon.com is not responsible for wrong address. 

Yes, we usually do search for artisans, actually creating their art. 

We are able to find them in any town we visit throughout Mexico.

Once payment is received and confirmed, your item will be shipped via Correos de Mexico.  We will provide a tracking number from Correos de Mexico and the website link to follow your package. 

About a week after, you can follow the package via USPS website.

We currently ship on to the USA at this moment.

In order to cancel your order before you make a payment, just delete it from your cart.

Processing time:

Usually 1 to 3 days.  If your item is ordered on the weekend, it will be shipped the following business day, after payment has been received.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipping:  All items are shipped from Mexico City.

  • Items will be shipped with a tracking number which will be provided to you and can then be tracked (about a week later) on the USPS website. 
  • USA- Canada: 3-4 weeks
  • Europe: 4-6 weeks

Please do so BEFORE  the item has been shipped. 

We usually take about 3 working days to ship and item.

How do create an account?

Go to beyondmyhorizon.com and “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Log in with your email, place your password and confirm.  Start Shopping!

Easy! Just go into your account and change your shipping address. That’s it!

You will be provided a tracking number from Correos de Mexico for the initial process of your package.

About 7 days later, you can track it thru USPS website.

 

You can cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. 

Our shipments arrive to the US destination within 3-4 weeks.

We send our products from Correos de Mexico. A tracking number will be provided with a link to the tracking page.
